How long will it take to get all my leads?

The average turnaround time to fill an entire order is generally 3-5 days after the campaign has began, but can sometimes be up to 7-10+ days. The size of the order and where it is being placed can determine speed of fill. Sometimes these times can be shorter and longer based on those factors.

How are appointments generated?

We carefully curate and generate our leads through social media advertising. Once a leads is generated, we engage each one of them individually through conversation gauge their interest and needs. It is then and only then that an appointment is scheduled with a client. 

What type of Insurance are the Appointments for?

All of our appointments are for Life Insurance. They are not specifically geared towards Term Life, Whole Life, IUL, Mortgage Protection or Final Expense. Our target Audience is adults over the age of 30 giving the agent multiple opportunities in one appointment. Rest assured, each appointment is looking for Life Insurance.

What happens if I get a lead that has an incorrect phone number or address or it is a duplicate that I have already received?

Once this is verified by our team, those appointments are replaced at no cost to the agent.

How do I see my appointments coming in?

Your appointments will be viewable on the Goldie App. You will receive both an email and a app notification when an appointment is placed on your calendar.

How do I block out times that I am not available to take appointments?

It is important to sync your regular calendar to your Goldie calendar. This will allow our Team to coordinate appointments in alignment to your availability. You can also block out times that you are not available by adding “Time Off” on to you calendar. In your settings, under edit user, you can also change the times and days that you would like to be available for appointments.

What if my appointment is a “no show”?

Even with genuine interest in our services, occasionally clients may not answer a call or not be home at the time of their appointment. We suggest calling the client at lease 3 times. If the client still does not respond, we recommend tending them a message through the Goldie app to let them know that you are trying to reach them for their appointment. If there is still no respond, contact your Support Team in your WhatsApp group that we’ve created for you for us to attempt to communicate with them through other channels and to reschedule the appointment. We cannot guarantee the appointment - we do guarantee genuine interest and the the appointment was scheduled with the complete knowledge of the client (we can always provide proof of this if requested).

What is your Appointment Replacement Policy

Appointments are replaced if prior to the initial scheduled appointment the client informs us that they are not available. We also replace appointments where bad date is given - telephone number or address.
