How it works

Fill out the application below. If it looks like a fit, one of our team leaders gets you on a quick call and answers everything straight. Money, housing, schedule, all of it.

Train all offseason, free

From the day you commit, you get the manual, the live sales videos, and the weekly Zoom trainings. You show up in May already knowing what to say at the door.

Sell all summer

Roughly May through August. You knock, you close, you get paid on everything you sell. Your team leaders are out there with you every day.

Take seven months off

September through March is yours. Travel, school, lifting, whatever you want. Most jobs give you two weeks a year. We give you a lifestyle.

Real questions

Is this a pyramid scheme?
No. You never pay us anything, you never recruit to earn, and you never buy inventory. You sell a real service (pest control) to real homeowners and earn a commission on every account you sell. That is a sales job, and it is the same model used by every major company in this industry.
How much can I make?
It is commission, so it depends on you. We pay some of the highest percentages in the industry and there is no cap. On your intro call, your team leader will walk you through real numbers from real reps at every level, first year included, so you can decide with actual data.
I have zero sales experience. Is that a problem?
Most of our best reps started with none. The training program exists precisely for this. If you are coachable and competitive, we can teach you the rest.
What is the schedule like?
Summers are intense. Six days a week, and you will work hard. That is the trade: one focused summer, then seven months completely off. We are upfront about this because the people who thrive here want it that way.
Where would I live?
We place teams in apartments near their sales market and housing is covered. You live with your teammates, which is half the fun.
Who can apply?
Anyone 18 or older who can commit to the full summer, roughly May through August. If you are hungry, coachable, and competitive, we want to talk to you.
